Instructions
Prep the Ingredients: Pit olives if needed.
Blend the Base: Pulse olives, capers, garlic, and lemon juice in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
Add Olive Oil: Slowly drizzle in olive oil while blending until smooth but slightly chunky.
Season and Garnish: Add black pepper (optional) and garnish with parsley.
