  • Spicy mayo sauce mayo + hot sauce
  • Ranch dressing for a creamy contrast

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Fries: Cut Russet potatoes into fries or use frozen fries. Fry or bake until crispy and golden brown.
  • Season & Melt the Cheese: Toss fries with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and let it melt.
  • Drizzle with Sauces & Serve: Top with spicy mayo and ranch dressing. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, soak the fries in cold water for 30 minutes before frying.
