- 1 cup popcorn kernels – The crunchy base of your chips.
- 2 tbsp cornmeal – Adds structure and crispiness.

Pop the Popcorn – Pop 1 cup of kernels and let cool. Remove unpopped pieces.

Roll – Flatten dough between parchment sheets to about 1/8 inch thick.
Cut – Slice into chips using a knife or pizza cutter.
