Ingredients
  

  • 1 box 15.25 oz strawberry cake mix + ingredients listed on the box
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries diced
  • Optional: ½ cup shredded coconut ½ cup chopped nuts, or ½ cup additional chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
  2. Prepare cake batter as per box instructions; pour into pan.
  3. Sprinkle white chocolate chips over batter.
  4. Mix cream cheese, melted butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in strawberries.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture over batter; swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and cracked. Cool before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
