Ingredients
  

  • 1 box 15.25 oz strawberry cake mix + ingredients listed on the box
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries diced
  • Optional: ½ cup shredded coconut ½ cup chopped nuts, or ½ cup additional chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
  • Prepare cake batter as per box instructions; pour into pan.
  • Sprinkle white chocolate chips over batter.
  • Mix cream cheese, melted butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in strawberries.
  • Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture over batter; swirl gently with a knife.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and cracked. Cool before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
  • Customize with coconut, nuts, or other mix-ins.
