Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450 g ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 packet 1 oz or 28 g taco seasoning
  • 1 packet 1 oz or 28 g ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can 15 oz or 425 g black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can 15 oz or 425 g pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can 15 oz or 425 g corn, drained
  • 1 can 15 oz or 425 g diced tomatoes
  • 1 can 15 oz or 425 g tomato sauce
  • 1 can 4 oz or 113 g diced green chilies
  • 2 cups 480 ml chicken or beef broth
  • 1 bag 9.25 oz or 262 g Fritos corn chips
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese sour cream, avocado, cilantro, jalapeƱos

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef and onions.
  2. Add taco seasoning and ranch mix.
  3. Combine beans, corn, tomatoes, chilies, and broth.
  4. Simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Serve topped with Fritos and optional toppings.
