Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450 g ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 packet 1 oz or 28 g taco seasoning
  • 1 packet 1 oz or 28 g ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can 15 oz or 425 g black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can 15 oz or 425 g pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can 15 oz or 425 g corn, drained
  • 1 can 15 oz or 425 g diced tomatoes
  • 1 can 15 oz or 425 g tomato sauce
  • 1 can 4 oz or 113 g diced green chilies
  • 2 cups 480 ml chicken or beef broth
  • 1 bag 9.25 oz or 262 g Fritos corn chips
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese sour cream, avocado, cilantro, jalapeƱos

Instructions
 

  • Cook ground beef and onions.
  • Add taco seasoning and ranch mix.
  • Combine beans, corn, tomatoes, chilies, and broth.
  • Simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  • Serve topped with Fritos and optional toppings.
